Q3. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers with iron frames. If you have special requirements we can follow them.
Q4. What are the terms of payment?
A: T/T or L/C terms. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A: It takes about 30 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q6. Do you provide after service spare parts?
A: Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our vehicles, even 5 years after we stop the production of the vehicle. For your easier working to select the spare parts, we also supply parts manual.
